Carla Guillén García

Carla Guillén García, Spanish violist, has steadily built a strong reputation within prominent classical music circles through her remarkable talent, unwavering commitment, and artistic integrity. Her recognition is grounded in a versatility that manifests with equal intensity in both chamber music and solo performance.
Her artistic career includes notable collaborations as a member of various chamber ensembles, as well as appearances at internationally renowned festivals such as the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the International Musicians Seminar Prussia Cove, among others.
As a soloist, she performs with orchestras including the Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock and the Augsburger Kammerorchester.
She is currently continuing her studies under the guidance of Professor Nils Mönkemeyer at the prestigious Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin.


Her artistic career includes notable collaborations with various chamber ensembles, as well as significant participations in internationally renowned festivals, such as the "Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival", "Chamber Fest München", "Rostock Sommercampus Musik Festival", "International Chamber Music Festival Musethica" and the "International Musicians Seminar Prussia Cove".
Carla has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Nils Mönkemeyer, Julia Fischer, Alexandra Scott, Reto Bieri, Priya Michelle, Markus Bellheim, Lena Neudauer, Yuval Gotlibovich, Erica Wise and Sara Bitlloch.
Since September 2024 she is a member of the Villa Musica Rheinland Pfalz Chamber Music Academy.
As a soloist she has performed with orchestras such as the "Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock", Promúsica of Málaga Orchestra, "Munich Classical Players" or "Augsburger Kammerorchester".
Furthermore, Carla has been the recipient of training scholarships from prestigious institutions such as the “AIE Society” and the “Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation”. Her excellence and artistic promise have led her to be selected as "Artist 2024" of the AIE-classics.
